Our test cubes are precision manufactured using cast acrylic, with full traceability. Each test piece is supplied with a manufacturers certificate of conformity. These acrylic test cubes are available with up to 20.0mm contamination bearing and can be made from clear acrylic with colour coded lettering or high visibility acrylic with white lettering.
Regular performance testing of both metal detection and x-ray inspection equipment is an essential component of a quality management system. Confirming the accurate performance of a company’s process controls to ensure compliance to the QMS requires calibrated test equipment with full traceability and all equipment certified according to BS EN ISO 9002 and UKAS calibration.

10mm x 10mm x 10mm (From 7.0mm bearing – 7.5mm bearing)
20mm x 20mm x 20mm (From 12.7mm bearing – 13.0mm bearing)
30mm x 30mm x 30mm (From 20.0mm bearing – 25.0mm bearing)
Contaminants (Bearings) available:
Fe – Ferrous – High Visibility Red Casing
NF – Non-ferrous – High Visibility Green Casing
S4 – Stainless Steel 304 – High Visibility Blue Casing
S6 – Stainless Steel 316 – High Visibility Blue Casing
A – Aluminium – High Visibility Yellow Casing
Please note all our test pieces are manufactured to order and may take up to 14 working days to be delivered. Other cube sizes, contaminants and bearing sizes including Aluminium, Stainless Steel 440, Stainless Steel 420 and Bronze are available upon request.
